SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

  D/ }! X  O" |0 h/ lRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
# h6 h2 |& K( {" M$ {   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
8 g( M& B9 G9 }! G/ O0 u- n   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
8 Z6 I- i; y" C" }6 x   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
! ~6 e" ~1 l+ h# Q& V! qplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
2 g& n2 T- f: f4 \: N% vSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
/ M3 `2 h4 F. M/ {  E• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
) n5 c, t7 t) S# M8 X, T+ k  y• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
( a3 ^! `1 L5 [! y& L• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
* d4 S* {  ?! T4 U7 t   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
* [* c& ?# @* C! Y   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
, }( a; ]# Y- d9 K- c" M' N1 d2 W   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
+ O9 r$ i3 v4 L* r1 x5 C   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
1 G  }' G2 _* r% Y4 c2 M7 k   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
' _$ Z- C9 W5 E9 N   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
5 b( \3 v# W$ a$ S  c1 c+ ]• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
: R/ h, }9 W3 n0 K• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
' z7 C4 r7 T8 X8 ]6 T! M• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
