DURATION: CONTRACT OR PERMANENT
/ M- g% [4 v  L  CSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

) t8 Z" _' Z4 I& X) K% aRESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
( M9 p) n' ~1 [9 {' j1 c! y' I   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
& L1 y. X$ F* L+ q' a6 ]; z   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
7 g( H1 H0 B1 I: ~  G2 ~) k   o Linux based operating systems
  _9 V' x# E! @   o Sun Solaris operating systems
* y" a8 L: t8 y3 i: h   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

  w. _$ h( d9 `$ V• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
$ S8 D* c1 J- z+ V& s! _SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

# I4 b# q+ A& T" t$ x4 QSKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- H4 Z; J# f- N- A; `1 |• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

+ n  `+ L5 {0 \; W- @4 `# `• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
! l6 t! @8 G" Q2 x- e   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)

   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus

• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
+ ?+ Q9 E5 K* k" v2 T( e9 K$ T• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
. \1 J; g* \7 y2 E• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
; M1 K8 d6 D, B1 c# R6 D) ]/ C9 C+ t( T• Have 4+ years of network design experience
• Have led medium to large sized projects
