2 o$ F: P! b- L4 n- ~0 X$ `8 G3 o5 O0 BSALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
5 \$ N9 _3 k4 a$ g   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
2 a, P9 H, C& I9 l, g   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
4 Q! W4 X5 ~% t- a& `  q1 H   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
  |5 _- a  n8 G5 O8 \& Q• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
' X1 |  o: R5 e: n+ J7 X9 c# Jplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
8 D- n- G0 w9 B% U: zSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

) |; u% A. ]6 |9 r/ V4 {• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy

• Certification should include some or all of the following:
& ?: C+ n& w' j! Z- x   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

" V$ s- ~/ {% B& |5 d6 Z• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
& p2 X& g" M5 B. e3 O) s• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience

• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
