  {: @8 R5 f3 ORESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:
4 z# L- ~. m2 M; V0 n• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
9 {2 H* c. r' v+ W! E! W) R5 _   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
   o Microsoft Operations Manager
   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
   o Sun Solaris operating systems
   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
  m+ J; P1 \4 O$ O0 a- A0 ~! y• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
6 C- Q3 r% B. J; Z: U$ G/ V• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
: B6 B. A4 L' ?  b+ T5 t' Q% Gplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
9 d+ ^1 F% w0 j' Y• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
* T' X. W/ V8 m/ a) {( u. u• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
7 ^$ V9 S4 r3 z( x* j, Q• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
) ~* r% r0 q/ |4 ]. S• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
$ O3 p& M7 f1 D9 S   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
1 e  _9 R. d1 h   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
' O2 H# ^3 k  r1 Y  V" ^   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.

• Have led medium to large sized projects
