SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

/ t/ U8 m0 x& ]$ q2 ^# b9 E- I2 G6 [. H• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
8 R8 w+ T  _3 Y   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
/ ~- l- g4 p9 d& Z! C   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
: f! f6 s3 c. r) T% T   o Microsoft Operations Manager
8 ^) z# Q  }4 u9 B   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
   o Linux based operating systems
# U% K! E: G! g2 z   o Sun Solaris operating systems
  D' {0 R1 x  ?6 E8 d   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
( u- x  x/ Y. A. w• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

* Y( }! x. c+ H' z; `• 5 – 8 years hands-on IT experience

& e) ^+ s& z( {. R. ^0 g8 }1 A• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent organization skills with detail AND accuracy
• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy
• Certification should include some or all of the following:
   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)
* N+ F! K8 L. l, I0 C+ Z- O, r( d6 R   o Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
   o Cisco Certified Internetworking Professional (CCIP)
   o Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP)
   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
   o Any other professional certification designations are a bonus
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects
• Ability to understand and deliver high quality customer service
• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
5 T4 w$ s& ?* o0 H& z• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
* T3 P* H% I8 s3 T4 e4 w% d• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
4 X. J% R& @* G: U1 r( P! z% }7 w$ {& S! Q• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
