• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:

o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003

o Microsoft SMS 2, 20036 f' `& Y+ V, K) E" L) J) z/ ^) c- v
o Microsoft Operations Manager

o Linux based operating systems0 }( C. e6 `& k; c
o Sun Solaris operating systems( O% v. p2 S! R8 @2 r! d
o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience r; k0 [* A3 X; q
• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.

• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
! ~6 e" ~1 l+ h# Q& V! qplatform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
2 g& n2 T- f: f4 \: N% vSMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc. h* e; ?: N5 L, J; d1 W# F* n
• Advanced Cisco routing and switching and/or firewall configurations

SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:

• Certification should include some or all of the following:

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005

• Have led medium to large sized projects
( o9 u3 s) H- s2 @$ s F) R• A valid Alberta driver’s license is mandatory
