SALARY RANGE: Compensation will be commensurate with experience, but overall compensation will be results-based and goal-oriented.

• Provide tier 2-3 support for network issues for technologies such as but not limited to:
   o Microsoft Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, 2003
   o Microsoft Exchange 5.5, 2000, 2003
& L8 \3 e* D$ L- ]3 M: T   o Microsoft SQL Server 7, 2000
   o Microsoft SMS 2, 2003
4 U1 B9 d* p  T; x   o Microsoft Operations Manager
$ z% b# `5 \( I" A" ~+ r   o VMWare Virtual Server solutions
2 s/ E+ E# {8 w6 n   o Linux based operating systems
" y& j& T5 ^4 j# M% M1 s   o Sun Solaris operating systems
4 m3 \* A$ F% ]2 i) Y" L& m   o Advanced level and hands-on knowledge of Cisco IOS, VoIP, and security knowledge and configuration experience
+ Y( U. V' S. R0 n4 t- F• Provide network solutions and recommendations to customer inquires regarding Anti-Virus, Email & Collaboration, Network Security, Migration Strategy, Disaster Recovery…etc.
• Proper and detailed documentation of all support and project related calls
• Administration, architecting, and technical support experience on the Microsoft Windows
platform, Microsoft Exchange 5.5 – 2003 platform, Citrix Metaframe platform, Microsoft
SMS platform, Microsoft IIS platform, Microsoft DNS and Microsoft Active Directory…etc.

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent documentation skills with detail AND accuracy

   o Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

   o Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000 or Windows 2003)
   o Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

, Q. v: s5 P! T% t: V: t• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple medium sized projects

• Advanced TCP/IP and internetworking protocol knowledge
• Experience in IT operations and an actively contributing team member in project based work
; W; y/ _+ \* i$ D% S• Advanced technical and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Windows-based migration projects in 800-1500 seat size of multiple domain, sites, and active directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy, DFS, Windows Security, Virtual Server, SharePoint Server, Exchange Server 5.5, 2000, and 2005
• Have 4+ years of network design experience
