八月中旬可以入住，如果需要提前或推后一两周，也可以商量。

您好，请问这是个出租楼，还是直接和业主租房呢？能告知一个十字路口的位置我看看大概在什么位置么？ 看照片里有简单家具， 都会清空吗，还是会留下？多谢

) T5 ]% L1 j1 U; v; x( }6 l谢谢回复。这是西人物业公司管理的公寓楼。楼管办公室就在相邻的公寓楼里。24小时物业电话。屋顶去年更新的，楼内刚刚update了安全邮箱和监控摄像头。

+ U6 e8 r$ o* F! e( W8 x房子里的家具是我们自己的，要搬走。
