4 B" C9 k1 J& g8 K) }" h$ F/ h5 sPolice Sgt. Doug McIlwraith said Tuesday that Angela Ta has been charged with passing a motor vehicle stopped for a pedestrian at a crosswalk, failing to yield at a crosswalk, and careless driving.
/ n& M" E' u6 S# ~McIlwraith says the charges could mean a licence suspension, a $2,000 fine or six months in jail.
$ }0 H  x, D7 SSix-year-old Jenna Chang and her mother, Ye Qiao, were struck Jan. 18 by a black BMW while using a marked crosswalk at 32 Avenue and 37 Street N.W.
# k3 R! G) v$ j5 {) P  oChang died of her injuries. Her mother is recovering in hospital.

没有谁会去故意开车撞人的。但她违背了交通规则，却致人于死命。
