However, Canadian legal system is so flawed that it allows these things to happen everyday.

I know some people who lost all their investments.

加拿大地广人稀，做生意的规则执行得不是很得力。譬如，各个省的证券仲裁委员会所判的罚款，大部分得不到贯彻执行。多伦多这个案例，最后可能不了了之，涉及的金额9百万不会有大的波澜。当然教训是深刻的。

做人还是要有底线。
骗中国人移民的钱，能花得开心，是不易。如原文所讲一个退休的老太将20万投入了，这也许是她几十年的积蓄了。一个工薪阶层，特别是不是技术与管理层次的，一年就几万块，除了还房贷、吃喝拉撒，一年是存不了多少钱。

大家一讲风水先生，就是骗子。但在加拿大，或者在阿省，骗人的还不是风水先生。
