I saw God's image in a homeless man.

Today I was volunteering at a post office. A man in an old jacket with uncombed hair came to the counter. He had a wallet in his hand, and put it on the counter. He told me:
"I am going to send it back".
I did not understand what he meant by "it", because usually people would send a letter or a parcel back to the sender, and I did not see he had any of those. So I asked him:
"I am sorry, what are you sending back?"
/ E/ u! B' t" V9 E8 k0 xHe said, "the Wallet, I am sending back the wallet." Then he added: "I am going to pay the postage."
"Oh, you found a wallet, and you are going to send it back to the person who lost it?"
* g! S# k# f- P8 n! l  B' V"Yes, I did."
Finally I understood: this dishevelled man found a wallet, and he was going to return it to the owner by post.
+ v+ g, Q! j  h' B' SHe took the ID card from the wallet, and showed me the address of the loser of the wallet. I saw there were several one-hundred bills in the wallet.
"Are you going to take some money from the wallet to pay the postage?"
"No, I am not. I do not do those things."
He took out his  wallet, which was nearly worn-out, small, and almost empty. There were some coins inside.
I gave him a bubbled envelope, and instructed him where to write the addresses. He wrote the owner's address, but stopped at writing a return address. He asked:
"Is it okay that I do not write this part?"
! @' n' W* `: r( E' `"Yes, you may." I thought he must want to be a nameless hero. But he said:
"I do not have an address."
: L; Z0 _6 W, H9 ^' kI was surprised: "oh, where do you live?"
$ u! l* c* y3 G) MHe did not look up, and said: "I do not have a home."
- Y9 _/ S  s2 d6 d6 z' U* y# KMy heart had a sudden jump. I realized that this is a homeless man who found money but was sending it back to the person who lost it.
0 {7 b0 k- B2 V5 w) |/ kHe did not a posses a home, but he had a big heart. He had the precious fortune of being a man of integrity.

& h* e" c" L: z) m% S* I6 J: Mif you'd like care about those homeless who sleep at LRT station, you may visit those homeless my wife and provide some food to them. I once met some homeless at downtown LRT station in winter morning 7:00 am, those people are very pitiful, they need some food.
