( a9 H# l3 g# P  v- M' t• Train new staffs in job duties, sanitation and restaurant safety  
! o% c, e; c4 x# n" ?2 Z; n   procedures;
4 H* h! w% \% s. ?$ z• Ensure food service and quality control
9 m0 j$ g/ e) d6 E• Supervise and check delivery of buffet food line.
• Handle customer complain when front manager is not on duty.
7 W' v; X! h# S5 a3 x• Keep on good communication with kitchen staff that ensure the food quality can satisfied with customers.

Employment Requirements:
3 ^' z! G4 `9 b4 a( _! m. J• With 1+ yr. Restaurant supervisor experience
6 D: o7 K- O" w• Completion of high school is required;
, T$ l9 q  K+ U• Completion of a College program in Business Administration or a   
! E' U0 X$ V4 c! a3 }   related field preferred
; o+ N5 o4 ~8 x• Speak, Read and Write English are required;
• Have Chinese food knowledge and speak Cantonese or Mandarin is an assets
