主要工作职责：

# c: [1 C6 j) Z. H-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
- V9 P0 l- y0 ~9 k: p! I-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
+ `, @% j' T$ S: K" u/ w-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
9 d3 L0 e' F4 b5 @5 q-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
! k+ k% T4 X: j% ]$ g4 C7 g/ g! N-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
