主要工作职责：

Job Duties

% n4 n4 g3 ]6 d0 m-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
! b, U, l' p- ^- D" y-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
8 U: B2 v3 P" G6 t" ^3 z-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
5 C/ A$ O; V# @3 N: V) {9 X-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
