" Y, X2 [2 v7 s* |3 I" v埃德蒙顿12月2日报道：相比2016年十月，11月份独立屋平均成交价上升了3.95%，双拼/联排上涨了6.39%，公寓则温和下降了1.68%。相比去年同期，今年11月份独立屋销售均价上升了1.76%，公寓销售额下降了11.41%。

9 v8 f# _. C" [4 D$ N1 q* R1 d+ P “埃德蒙顿房产市场依然保持稳定，本月大多数房屋类型的销售均价有所上升，其中一部分原因是有几个高价房子卖出了。” 埃德蒙顿房地产经纪人协会主席Steve Sedgwick说。“所有住宅的平均售价仅比去年下降了1%，但独立屋的均价下降了2%，而公寓降幅超过8%。”
