请推荐个人或公司代收Condo Fee

我们Condo是自己管理的Condo， 所以Condo Fee特别低。但还是有人不交Condo Fee。因为大家是邻居，不好撕破面子。所以想请个人或公司催收迟交的Condo Fee。

基本上的想法是：请的人或公司帮Condo加一个lien到没交Condo Fee的房子上，或到该房子的贷款银行交涉。如果实在不行就上法院。

Just do a title search, see if there is mortgage on the title certificate. If there is one, write to the mortgagee, which is the bank/financial institution lending the money. Require the bank to pay for the arrears on behalf of the person, and then the bank will add that portion to his mortgage. If any dispute, that's between the bank and the person in debt.
