We are looking for a part time Accountant who can represent our firm by communicating with our clients while performing general accounting duties. You will develop your skills by working on a wide range of assignments. The main tasks will include but not limited to the following:
' I. ~+ ~" x l• Perform Full cycle bookkeeping duties (AP, AR, Bank reconciliations, etc.)
L! t0 z9 p; u. D9 x7 G& }• Prepare CaseWare working paper files,
# e) Y6 \7 s$ i3 z3 F2 q' s• Prepare financial statements
2 a% v1 J" n; R, p% |• Prepare corporate tax returns & N9 t7 K- w" D7 l
• File GST returns C2 c5 _% Q! w0 u. H7 E
• Process payroll
! ]8 S9 F3 C5 R4 B) Q' `* `• File T4/T5 returns ( C- e! P# h8 Z. a
• Prepare personal tax returns

! D' Z5 @2 i% |6 MThe position requires prior public practice accounting experience, proficiency in Caseware, profile, Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Excel. 7 F% T9 I* K: {2 N5 c

Consideration will be given to the candidate who possess strong organization skills, have the ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines under pressure. Designation is preferred but not required., g+ I& E1 i; S# c; I
