Job Description:

: R& T1 v4 k" V3 qPlan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
7 m2 [& {/ M! v! q1 {: S: zEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
$ X) o7 @7 w6 I& M$ c# L9 rRecruit and manage kitchen staff
Rectify arising problems or complaints
) R  _+ r1 z9 M8 PGive prepared plates the “final touch”
; L5 ]1 n' [0 `( Z; d; p0 I% f- J9 [" @Perform administrative duties
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
# f- J0 l# C+ g( N5 q& a! E) _Keep time and payroll records
