Job Description:

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
9 r8 }% n, [) h/ T% GModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
1 Z0 f( d% f8 Z  l6 o0 p( N) NSupervise kitchen staff’s activities
Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Recruit and manage kitchen staff
% Z3 T) W+ w# j/ `* R, Y7 c( eRectify arising problems or complaints
Give prepared plates the “final touch”
* g# P1 V' s% I" Q/ j, d) M7 `# }3 cPerform administrative duties
