• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

, [) a ?3 u) u/ _• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.9 p# i( m+ g. h( |2 Y- {1 J5 h
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.0 X. \3 M3 N2 }& A% f
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.$ X* {% A' C1 A+ Q0 m
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
+ U5 a3 k, B" o. V$ v& |! J Y• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.& x# m5 s. z7 n. A; _* }; O
• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.$ U" v! ~' C, Y* s# t1 p
• Perform route inspections as required.5 E. F+ ?8 k: T4 e. O1 U9 b; Y
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases)." d6 ?5 t- B( Y9 @8 J! ~& {& i
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

Required Skills & Abilities:
7 f% m' a; T& v6 o. g• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
6 I# r" q7 W$ E8 f- q+ c \, p• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred5 B! J# j1 ^, i/ [; h
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)# u9 e+ R( w. s4 c- Q- M* c
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills) M* m0 ^2 F6 S) ^4 a
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal

• Proven customer service and resident relation skills) |: e' Z4 e8 j* }6 R. A
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
