Key Responsibilities:
! [% q" R, g" Y! Y* ^0 H• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.4 u2 Z0 w, S @$ r8 T& T3 s* e6 g& t

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
# j0 `# \0 O% V7 p• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.' d4 u, l' }2 h1 |6 N/ s
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.; F+ \1 \; m$ Z+ f) q
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.* M, U. V4 w) G, E" q: y
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
) l1 o% o$ h3 s! H• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
) K/ l' P& f/ W1 l. V& L; n; ~• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
6 R0 ?& ^- f8 J+ c, T• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
3 S, z% Q# ? i2 r• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
4 s$ c8 I! d6 Z6 L( V A8 z• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
" _( [; r7 |2 Q, Z9 E5 e* k8 O- N• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
7 a, P( [# \4 r: ^8 }( Q$ H R• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Z& w% Y, ], M2 V: s• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
3 h" u" ?5 V! M' z; Z3 w• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
1 f8 z# N& Z# X& |; t5 w q) w& t• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
9 c) m$ N1 I5 @0 R( }• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
