• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.2 J, P. m; Q; ]1 Z
• Post advertisement- g- G( B% n+ O+ p+ v! z
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.' Q) `0 O$ U2 [& Y) ^: J
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.; X) |: E: N- k; F
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.
8 T# M: `9 L6 e• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database. f; @ j7 F" ]6 `. _( `
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
4 G* h4 G. }0 d7 p& v• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.( q: o; w8 D& ]: q' d
• Perform route inspections as required.
) s& ]! K3 \; R. \8 \" t• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).# ^1 y# [9 C1 D# _( w0 ^
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.! b. r) [4 k, |4 k, Y+ d
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.7 ^3 c: }1 U+ o
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:
6 j( ]5 s/ L( h& n" B# R• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
( j9 ?& G+ j$ e7 b0 x/ v1 s9 E• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred4 R% [& z7 ?! e+ v" P
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)5 `5 ?1 N: z$ ^8 B
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
( n! y0 ^6 d' _4 r; Q* a: [• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
& B* w( L7 y! T+ z% `0 T• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license1 R' M" ?/ }1 r4 Y+ Y& @7 R/ `
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills
' [ q: @2 C* x* o' \$ a/ i• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required$ G( i: [8 F* c
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment6 ]( n7 V) i" C+ u) ^

• Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment3 X$ @# f: e" E' d" @
