• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.# t- I+ J* [3 c4 u$ Y j( C
• Post advertisement* D) C: F7 e. [0 x4 d! J% k' t% i
• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.3 K9 j$ _6 T8 e) J: Q( A+ a2 v; Q
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
3 r# k- r4 D. J/ c) ~+ G• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.9 u# b' t. N( F" T
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.- y! M/ M' \4 q
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
4 }1 }, `+ C V' B6 ^. w F" _• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).- Y( `3 l# [# A" f# a8 p
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
, |7 h3 C+ t3 b% s• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:
& }6 u$ _( C' i• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
% J Z8 }3 t* d" x+ S• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
0 B3 O6 F2 W+ j2 g7 E• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)# {4 j9 D5 |7 b' D( d8 G: H
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
( V9 w9 n5 @; K1 b, D/ ]1 ^ C, E• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
, l% U- z' r: m2 q% `& I9 g( k• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
