 Provide the highest level of hospitality by engaging and interacting with guests
& m" a; B# s4 [1 I8 ^ Prepare all food and beverage items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
 Anticipate and respond to flow of orders to ensure timely completion of all food items
 Knowledgeable about the menu and can communicate this to the guests
8 i: J0 L# v5 {4 ^3 c Accurately complete all station set up and closing procedures
 Maintain food quality control and productivity at all times
 Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and uphold food safety practices
/ H6 ]% L4 }. }5 \  E& Y# S Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards of your station at all times
 Follow all operational policies and procedures
 Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality

$ s" j8 ^9 D7 z, o+ g Previous experience in a service environment preferred

 Ability to work as part of a team
 Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
 Ability to learn quickly

 Constant standing/walking for duration of shift on a hot cooking line
