7 h" F( `' ~$ ^1 vProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.% b: r& j3 ^8 y

· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
/ z4 J( e$ y$ Y& F8 T0 Z· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.+ p2 H! o9 \" p$ m8 ]5 W2 O4 ]+ X
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
x }' r0 X! c. a· Manages report database.2 U2 a4 W: N# Z' o2 M4 G% B
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.2 m% F! k" j! n j3 h6 w
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.1 L1 S& }3 I. D! v7 J
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
7 k1 P6 W% @3 f# r: [2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

# M) D# O, y9 O1 G& F3 ~Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
