- R5 q) s& I3 AProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.) Q: f) p% I2 r5 i3 j

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. \6 A: H9 M6 J+ p( s
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.' Z# j3 A% n. t
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
9 }; s9 B! c) o/ ? Y8 a· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.- r% p: o& Z. x; k9 X+ y
· Manages report database.9 F/ n2 N I* f0 b+ [4 Q( Q4 N$ e+ v
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.' _0 m9 w9 q! s. ]
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.; K- `; H% F2 t& n9 \
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

Knowledge and Skills:
/ B" a7 k) r3 t3 C& J2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.' y4 ]9 w. O: S
7 l- i* a7 p* H* kCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.2 O Y. K/ P/ Y( P0 c% j, g" |0 z

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
