, h- L0 `# T( U0 u( W2 P• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.% V4 l# I! E: A1 Z, T3 Z
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
' O* t9 e# f1 j( k( n( _• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible! ~; d3 S* P% h1 w( p z8 }- z3 @$ f

REQUIREMENTS:

8 ^9 T. m% M) F; ^8 p' b ?• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role+ \4 q$ Z% f7 s2 ?- N
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
8 |# [! _. @% m# L& q$ a$ \• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
( \4 m7 t. E" ^# R# Q! [* C• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers2 t& [: ~7 D- J7 q3 [% q
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)" m! L {) {! Q/ p! W
