POSITION: Junior Accountant

• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.& U/ {1 V& p% Z7 ^' [ c$ ]/ ^4 S
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.4 O f3 q& ?- u- i# [
• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible+ ?- P8 T/ L, e: U% ^4 U
• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

; O$ {9 B2 ?) {( fREQUIREMENTS:: f: a* ]! d2 b/ }# m
/ L5 W6 C& k6 N% S) y! c• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role$ k. M6 A; H$ M1 E
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
" |+ `+ j( N+ g• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
. m, |9 r9 o8 M" {/ y• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
4 s5 q5 C1 \& m• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
