' i9 H: d1 R$ O/ W& dEmbrace Family Clinic is located in Northgate Mall, now seeking a full time LPN. As a LPN, you will assist your assigned physician with direct and indirect patient care, like taking vitals; health assessment; triaging referrals; and LPN duties as required.

) C4 b0 L% J1 P  P# i" f•        Current CLPNA registration, CPR and BCLS
•        Primary Care delivery to all age groups
•        Demonstrated and effective communication skills
' s+ B2 I! y! O0 b( W0 n2 {& d•        Willingness to work in a dynamic environment that requires flexibility and balancing of competing priorities
, |* Z' u' M/ ]•        Proficient computer skills
•        Immunization specialized certification is preferred.
