Police have named the man who died in Monday’s crash north of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.
5 d4 l2 I* u4 S8 kAlan Alexander Wong, 23, died from injuries resulting from the early-morning head-on collision. Wong lived in Fort McMurray, but his family is from British Columbia, police said earlier this week./ s9 z/ k' E S; Q
! r i G- X+ u# b4 EThe crash happened when Wong, heading south in a small Mazda car, lost control due to weather and road conditions and hit a gravel truck and tractor unit. Both vehicles ended up in the ditch.' S7 y' D. z; Q9 G2 `$ k6 z
The driver of the truck was not injured. Police said Tuesday they did not expect to lay charges. |
