Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (female only) for a furnished bedroom in a 1 bedroom apartment, $500/month + shared utilities (about $20-30). Deposit is $500.

This is a room furnished with table, chair, wardrobe, chest drawer with very big window and big patio at the front. The apartment is very clean.

- There are lots of buses to many places in the city.
+ It takes only 15 mins directly to MacEwan Univ by bus no.8.

+ Buses no.8 or no.9 can take you to Downtown in 20 mins.
+ You can take no.8, no.9, no.12, or no.130 to Kingsway Mall in 8 mins.
/ U! b! i, ~8 J+ No. 12 can drop you at Superstores or Canadian Tire in 10 mins. + Lots of restaurants (eg. Subway, Korean BBQ, Lan's Asian Grill, Smitty's, etc.) and stores (eg. Value village, Dolarama, convenient stores, etc.) are just a few minutes walk away from the apartment.
