The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Y6 r, h5 m( ?4 J/ X' \, L3 J- UCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments0 ]# B4 p1 l6 P9 M8 u: X3 R+ E
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
: ?+ ?/ J) S0 \; C# [* Z) e( f2 IAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines4 a* D+ ~& O/ C7 o' k7 C4 |
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;1 M6 j! D) V* ^- J4 p
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
$ n" I! D0 [- r2 a% z0 REnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
2 y5 H# o0 _* B+ ]' X/ UConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.9 a" y/ b0 f4 }1 d2 j9 S: O
Conduct all work within established time standards;! ]+ D( S k! e J" |3 X% X5 Z

Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly From $14 to $18 per hour based on experience;& H) x/ w- R. F2 h% q7 g

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
