The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments$ \& O( N; I# A9 B
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies& X3 i" q) s7 e0 X, T0 ~8 t o& \" _( P: b1 a
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines; `# Q- R5 E2 y9 {8 {
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;7 D N h6 T/ L! u4 [7 e
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;7 U. W0 P$ C' `6 o) X3 K6 d
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;0 u+ H4 y4 w. K$ `$ k4 J
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.2 T4 D# {9 n# _! o* I
