We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

4 s P' u! L3 R) K$ x3 qCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments. O, y7 b6 h$ N3 w
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies- l6 [( ^/ C& C1 |. o! r" y% n- f% A
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines- C5 ~! a t% i- v- K+ S8 m6 f
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
& v9 b3 ]# t1 N% @1 A: V vOversee file management for all LMIA matters;6 f$ W' E# u" G- L8 b
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
0 n+ Q- `9 e4 ?: x: L, uConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.$ J! A$ j. K, J$ G
Conduct all work within established time standards;/ o3 D0 ~7 N/ g- d H

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
