The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.' {; R$ d8 d4 q4 ?+ a6 J

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
" c( @) x! K- h; t/ S1 kWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
) t8 J, D, d, c' Y5 rAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
( z0 K9 S9 c1 _& XManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;4 ^+ v; V% j; n* o% E' @
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;9 R& s/ U$ F, |; ^, R
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;; ?$ |' l, B1 \* Y5 j! x
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.

Ability to work with minimal supervision;
