- The house have one bathroom, spacious kitchen with microwave and dish washing  machine. Living room all furnished and many storage places, including a big space  downstairs to put your luggage or other things, the laundry is located downstairs as well. The  heat system is very good and even the bathroom floor is heated and can easily be adjusted.

0 @+ J8 y3 r1 l; q) u  C5 K  e, l-Location: The house is located in a friendly and safe neighborhood close to Southgate LRT station. If you take the bus, it takes only 3 to 5 min to get to Southgate. There are two bus stops (170m and 300m far from the house) with frequent buses. There is a No Frills grocery store within 300 meters (the cheapest supermarket!).

- The house is shared with two other girls. They are students at the UofA very friendly and clean.
