# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)
& E& L/ _' u# E% O. d" HNet loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)
6 O- t! `3 X' JActive single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)3 [; @' ]! e- e' m! g; Z
Active condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)

Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
