# Price Changes: 378 (349, 330, 371)
9 U4 G$ y- C% Q, x7 \7 E+ [# Expired/Off Market Listings: 311 (284, 135, 214)+ {- I8 P1 ~3 F7 R3 G
Net loss/gain in listings this week: 78 (-90, 139, 147)+ C1 v" a9 G/ @
Active single family home listings: 3208 (3078, 3145, 3068)
# T$ z; g, W- Q7 a' ~# EActive condo listings: 2002 (1893, 1909, 1839)
  X% \; _! b& q1 nHomes 4-week running average: $436k ($440k, $441k, $426k)% [! i( \9 ^& V& P
Condos 4-week running average: $245k ($254k, $253k, $250k)

& @5 y7 W* c9 r: h" ?Well that’s a healthy dose of new listings! I’m sure a lot of them are listings that expired last week coming back on the market.
