The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.' V' [ c& U* b+ x: }

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
1 k3 k. ^) [9 g& nWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
: F2 r1 }. y9 K% H2 A; rAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines# d; u* q3 k& s: p; L
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;, W& s; Q/ D: s r# {
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;. P1 m0 M& J& l6 p" c7 t1 x* S
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;- k$ D" Q9 q7 S3 y# h
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.: g" [, A5 P% ?$ y9 z* ?# U
Conduct all work within established time standards;$ Z9 }9 n O: n) W
