We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
. \# l8 H& A7 I4 ?Write and post advertising for various job vacancies. ?. f) A& ?. @6 a& t- a
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 @7 v) s0 J7 d" i, ~( d% `Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;& W, o4 k& i3 u7 [* O) a
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;! o- g* V9 Z+ n7 W: a/ H5 A3 I4 n
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
2 J& x9 }# a/ i5 NConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ o& L. Q. y; y. mConduct all work within established time standards;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
