We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency. The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

5 g7 P5 }- h# m& s0 aCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
* O- e4 d+ J3 g" C! wWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies: a% P$ x3 m) l8 x
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines" Z& H% \ J" Y- S( i& d: h. G3 j3 {
Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
( I7 u. X& i& J. i0 XOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
1 R+ L. w. g4 }1 d+ hEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
7 S6 Y& B$ S$ a! M* T* F: AConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
$ C3 m$ H! [" Y# \/ Y% BConduct all work within established time standards;) X7 y8 ]; L8 i

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
