We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities

, D# _9 A$ R3 |0 S  K& d  G- T) ^Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments  }8 {: @6 j4 \
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
2 d: m! I: F* ~/ B' e+ F: w  }" XAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
1 a2 S' J0 ^5 }- v: S) c# yManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
0 N7 j( e$ q) @) M+ }' g* b7 d3 O9 JOversee file management for all LMIA matters;: L( N7 L9 a, N. [' S
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;% ^+ u/ t  O* \
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
# |- m+ ~: k6 Q3 O# f3 L; q) dConduct all work within established time standards;$ D% ~, O6 O) }2 S

Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
5 o4 \2 U; \/ j8 I8 y/ QTime management skills are critical;* C. F" t! E2 P8 w  G+ \8 q5 a6 S
Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;% C$ K  z! Q. M: x. d
Attention to detail and accuracy;8 o! {  [7 U7 \# U: t
Strong organizational and computer skills;
2 E4 G$ A+ Q7 IExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
: r# _1 e) t0 Y1 z8 `Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;& g" C+ [' j  S( A) {
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
% c. p4 ^1 C& e( P9 Z* L7 PAbility to work with minimal supervision;
6 i; a" v0 E1 kSelf-directed and highly motivated; and
8 `+ f" X6 t2 w. }$ rAbility to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
