5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

2. University degree or college diploma& w, z) ]% z4 D- @9 }' }5 S% f
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset1 G" E9 P. R3 R( ^$ Y
4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines+ L- I3 b6 v2 H: w
5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details- P$ s: a9 o9 \
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
, E$ B- c% M) N! A- K7 ]) \& b7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
