3 M. P1 ~4 \$ w* L$ ]1. Answer general email and phone inquiries with professional manner
; v) N: q; w$ I8 v! I" _) ^' o0 m2. Quickly identify client needs, develop and market potential projects
6 y8 l5 ^: t, q" _; L O3. Actively contact with clients, kindly provide recommendations and suggestions, help clients find good way to solve problems( j; a. a# ^3 U2 f6 A Q( E' L
4. Keep track of project activities, update project timeline.
; A" ]0 K. U7 y5. Liaise with procurement team/suppliers in China to ensure projects meet the requirements of quality, reliability, schedule and cost.$ ^+ n5 a" B6 S i* P
6. Use MS Word, EXCEL, PPT to prepare reports, memos, and documents
' Y$ I3 M z: N! s; d1 d7. Provide secretarial and administrative supports to management and other staff

Qualifications

2. University degree or college diploma9 Z; }7 }" F5 ~( [
3. A minimum of 3 years working experience. Prior sales and marketing experience is an asset
1 c$ u+ m- U( _" w) u4. Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
5 `8 l: w. V0 e; F) _! k: V5. Good at multi-tasking under pressure, with unfailing attention to details0 Z! c# G' H& j6 b8 [5 L3 a
6. Excel in customer service, especially excellent email and phone manner
7 g7 h, x' D1 ~7. Knowledge of logistics, inventory control
9 X" E; t) ^& M; ~$ B% q1 Z1 I8. Proficient with MS office (WORD, EXCEL, PPT)
. t3 j! ?2 o. a3 q$ C9. Proficient in Mandarin and English is a strong asset
