位于saskachewan l两室一厅 出租一室 客厅不住人 。可以地图一下，是edmonton 位置环境都俱佳的地段。沿河，风景极好，尤其夏天美不胜收啊！地址：10149 saskatchewan t6e 6b6. 走路去学校 15-20分钟 取决于腿长短。走路到82ave 5min 有 4 7 57 94路 大统华直接乘4路 附近 nofrills safeway 都有。总体来说生活方便。楼下是小学，有冰场两个，公园一个，秋千等儿童游乐设施俱全。 房东是UNIVERSITY OF ALBERTA 退休的老教授 夫妇二人。他们人非常好，会做菜，爱生活，不介意炒菜，而且喜爱中国菜经常学习中国菜。二人在山上还有一套房子，经常去哪里住住，这里住住。冬天打猎，夏天钓鱼，没事就去旅游。客厅，厨房，阳台，储物间全部公用。而且提供全部厨具，各种各样厨具，不用带任何厨具，他家筷子也有的！房东爱干净，很爱干净，有邋遢习惯的人就不要考虑了，我也是每天做完饭都收拾干干净净，这样我也舒服。更主要的，更更主要的，有独立卫生间 洗浴室！无论你是男性女性都可以，有独立的自己的隐私。房东提供钥匙，可以自己锁门。 全部家具都有 台灯 床灯 书架 储物架 衣帽间 床 床垫 床单 写字台 转椅 晾衣架 制鞋架 淋浴 泡澡盆 浴巾 拖鞋。租金700每月。目前提供短租或长租。（我的lease 是4月30，我家人来了，租了一个大房子。） , P3 { }2 J' y
