CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.

7 t* h+ ^2 A, I3 w: g& `! D. ?-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
0 \/ I5 F7 n8 T2 w-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
+ y) T3 }* c. h. I% E/ o3 p! D-        Keep office clean and organized.
-        Provide friendly and professional services.

% G) ~+ u& L( m6 h) TRequirements:
-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
+ J4 D$ R. V, c8 }6 B: X
6 s* _0 z" w8 Z8 q# Z& a" U5 zStrong verbal English.
7 X0 K' T, D' n  `-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
-        Strong & out-going personality
