我有三室一厅一卫的主层House房子，带单车库，在83St和77Ave附近，去大学和downtown交通非常方便。11月初可以入住，带基本家具。整租, 分租，长短, 租均可。

The house is build in 1952, but the condition is pretty good. Very nice house with huge yard front and back.

The rent is 1500$ per month and the tenant currently also pay this every month plus 60% utility bill. I still keep the same rent so far.
