爱城condo悄然崛起

最近几个月，虽然独立屋市场波澜不惊，但爱城的condo均价却悄然崛起，几个月涨幅达10%。
主要原因是成交了不少的豪华condo，将平均价拉了上去，并呈稳步增长之势。
我曾画过一个十年房价走势图，惊讶地发现，爱城的condo十年里均价几乎原地踏步，而同时期独立屋的房价几乎翻翻，可见差距有多大。也就是说，过去十年购买condo的，还跟不上通货膨胀，算上汇率变化，房屋折旧以及condo费的增长，可以说是大幅缩水的投资。
被低估的condo市场终于有些许涨升。

Condo本来就是跟不上通胀的物业。

lol your research is fine but your conclusion is completely flawed. just looked pearl, icon, and so on. it is all about location.

older condo is definitely a bad investment though.
