- Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
- Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
7 J. M. l" s. O" v: A+ R- P4 g  C- Supports Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
- Assists with the training and development of Counter Clerks and other team members
& `8 z& _. N' G$ A8 h1 G8 |5 R( @- Plays key role in achieving the store’s sales and customer service objectives
2 d6 b; P) O; ~+ R/ w; y5 x- Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

) B8 ]6 {8 i  C; U  v( _5 w( `Qualifications:
, I9 ]; R' x: ~
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge an asset
+ @) k9 B8 }& o9 n" N- c" S- Ability to use computers
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
