关于Alberta Health Care coverage的咨询

一方是公民或者永久居民，配偶是旅游签证，配偶能申请到Alberta Health Care Card吗？

我能想到的可以打去电话问的，都问过了。国会议员，省议员，Ministry of Health，他们互相推诿踢皮球之后，给我的答复就是不可以。

) y3 P3 O9 ]' ^3 k" M* Z: v4 ~2 A非官方的答复是可以。比如，我去 registry office 问，有人告诉我可以的。

不知道你这个问题的答案，不过我本人有给Ministry of Health联系，询问Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan。他们的回复还是很快的 （当天/第二天回复），也没有推皮球。回答的很直接。楼主不妨试试看

7 k3 Y  z/ m1 Z6 @" R. c我的情况有点特殊。一方是有alberta health care insurance plan的，另一方是 visitor's visa。如果双方都是永久居民或者公民，那是没有什么问题的，ministry of health 必须 cover 的，是毫无疑问的。我的情况就在于另一方是 visitor's visa，结果就麻烦了。

( b* h! ~' X) R. g! l- k1 Z% H他们踢皮球的依据在于，我做为担保人，我应该给配偶提供各种保障，包括医疗。

, O  z% F, m! ]0 T我已经在一家 registry office 递交申请了。registry office 不会直接给我一张卡的。如果我没错的话，所有的申请，都是汇集到 ministry of health 统一审批发放。我现在就是等结果。要么 ministry of health 给我一张卡，要么给我一封拒绝信。如果拒绝，我必定申诉的。申诉的理由就是那句话了。

: r! _2 L1 d; X6 f* e- U我相信，我不是唯一一个。有很多加拿大人同外国人结婚，他们配偶必定也会来旅游，必定也会有医疗保险的事情。

今天上午打去 Miinistry of Health，把球踢出去了。因为我做了充分的研究和准备，这次，他们无语了，把球收下了，不过仍然推诿说“review”我的情况，所谓的“研究研究”。

研究吧。反正我已经递上申请了。如果给我 health card，没话说。如果不给我health card，我再找议员投诉。我有充分的理由和根据，他们必须给我 health card。

SIN卡我还没有申请。好像必须有 WORK PERMIT 才可以申请 SIN卡。

SIN这个应该没什么疑问，temporary resident 只有有work permit的才行。现在新的study permit也可以工作了，以前的话如果只有study permit的话也是不能apply for SIN的 (找到on campus job 除外)

不能申请这个吧，我是移民了，但父母每年过来还得自己买保险啊，而且SUPERVISA还有官方强制要买的保险呐，要是这都能申请，那还有这种规定干嘛呢？

我有案例。肯定不可以的。
/ d0 a; G6 ?. D+ B三年以前我的一个英国客户，老公加拿大人， 女的英国人。
都怀孕了，也没给care card 花了好多钱做检查。
9 P) y! l8 S3 K7 ^) m- E还是赶紧申请家庭团聚吧。 拿到第一封sponsorship approval就可以了。

今天去registries注册了，确定是可以的，是按照家庭注册的。一个work，其他都是visit

对这个话题非常感兴趣。我相信很多人也希望看看政府最后是怎么处理类似情况的。谢谢您的分享。我个人有一点疑问，因为您持有的论据是政府官网的一句话：All eligible residents of Alberta must register themselves and their dependants with the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). 据我所知，在申请表格里，配偶是在spouse的那栏填写，然后，dependants指的是未成年孩子。所以你的理解“所有合格的阿省居民必须登记注册他们自己和他们的被赡养人（配偶及子女）”是否准确呢？这是我疑惑的地方。

很有用的帖子。　那请问我老公在国内暂时还没有过来，我是这里的公民，已经sponsorship approval了团聚移民还正在进行，我老公在国内没有医疗保险，我能给他申请医疗卡吗？　还是他必须人在AB了才可以？　还有我买的ALBERTA BLUE CROSS的家庭保险，能给我老公在国内医院看病的钱报销吗？　　我之前回国洗牙补牙什么的是给我报销了。
