Operations include manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Mississauga and sales branches/offices in Vancouver, Kelowna, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Mississauga and Atlantic Canada.

We are currently recruiting for Glass Workers for our Edmonton Manufacturing Plant.

9 h0 _% c  t$ P6 b% q, w/ p; { The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-focused and able to work well with others.

Responsibilities will include:
* N, O3 b# S% i•Lift single piece of glass between 5-30 Ibs.
0 P! T7 h0 T( e/ E•Understand quality issues of glass: quality of glass edge, proper technique when pulling glass out of harp rack slots, scratches, defects, etc.
" [" E9 ?& o, B•Fill and empty washer tanks and keep tanks clean
1 a2 v1 b6 v8 q3 G/ G•Follow proper pattern and placement of glass
•Keep work area clean.
( `: q% V/ {5 v8 r•Keep up good pace to keep line moving.

•Ability to work under constant pressure
•Willing to do multi tasks when needed as member of the team

Status of position:

•Offload sealed units from GED Oven press
•Check Units to pass Quality Expectation
•Fill sealed units with Aragon

•Move Racks of sealed units to designated lines

Primary Qualifications Required:
•Basic English communication skills
•Able to read a metric tape measure and use hand and power tools

•Able to lift up to 50 lbs
