A heating and ventilation permit is required when installing or altering heating and ventilation equipment.

我是2012年买的房子， call 311 时得知是前任房主2009年申报的permit。

+ O  U/ i( D3 f& {9 M1 w7 `+ [& e% Yheating and ventilation 已经做好， 只是差 final inspection而已， city的进度真够慢的。

但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
