I have been looking into Windermere.: M7 |# s+ J y( A9 J0 p, T" Y
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.9 M* F2 n1 ^7 M" h' c/ b
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.3 G* @3 X$ k% k
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.* f4 v% e1 |0 Q2 V& h" ?0 h5 S

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
