I have been looking into Windermere.
4 L8 U" N7 E+ y. pMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.+ |$ {- _8 M4 }' P/ K
: W, U. a, c; K- ~5 @; {As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
; y8 R# E8 l# \; C, ` H! kJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.8 e6 R9 S& q8 n& h6 }
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.5 [/ z0 c! N" `& G, t% X5 B: [+ j

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.. [4 r3 x9 m8 s, `( }* C6 O
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
