My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area." p0 Z8 a( F" L( Z. j3 W5 `
% d C% `$ n1 v0 G* ]; X2 E: lAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
! |# T7 h0 M4 b/ @Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.% l6 R) p: S' w5 \# g
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.3 [# _/ }/ p& x/ E" m& O

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
