I have been looking into Windermere.2 ^ q8 P: b0 B, Q# ]7 ~
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.: \+ H/ S1 z6 t+ L
- M" v0 p7 {: V0 \/ b. rAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.* _% M/ ?. k' P! m4 ~, w6 Q
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
2 P. M/ ^9 `8 v+ [/ S) v0 @The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
. H `* J1 O. ?7 Q& c7 I2 HThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
