Looking for 1 FEMALE to rent a room for 1 year lease (from Sept 2014-August 2015. The house is in a HIGH RISE, HALF basement with 3 rooms and 2 washrooms.The room will be sharing a shower room with another housemate. 1 year old carpet The room has solar light, very nice and bright.
