是40个lots 发200个号， 很多凌晨去排队的都没有拿到号。。。 觉得好奇怪呢。

Each eligible homeowner can apply for up to $20,000 towards those costs, as part of the City’s Cornerstones plan to provide an increase in the number of affordable housing options for lower income Edmontonians.
