留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。

Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
  Z) t2 j: k5 T+ V5 s$ n+ R9 [To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
) w& f/ v1 q) Y0 nyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
4 N+ q# e4 y* J6 Wyou must be a resident of Canada; and
you or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
