1. Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 9 V' x6 P+ _; l' n
2. Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;8 Y" e; |$ c G9 X/ O: g" I% f% J" i
3. Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
, S6 c" G5 j- J9 b0 g- W+ V4. Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
. v: S4 d7 W# R, h5 @. [% c% ?5. Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
2 ~% J: l4 X1 t; U! G6. Provide general information to clients and the public;

Qualifications:
9 X$ N; U! ~* k8 |) z! {" r- j• Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.! t& O' N# w4 ?
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
( _" |- c! k u( A3 P" j• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
