JOB DESCRIPTION2 M- V% a) \$ W9 Q! Y& A
1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; ' c5 ]! o5 {& h1 l# _
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;9 b. D7 {0 S; R' p% B, ^% d8 e
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
/ ~. N9 b; D7 K# r7 O4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
3 }/ W# w& L( B6 X$ s0 H$ D1 |5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;: Q$ O9 }( x3 h/ N% s' q! b
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; 0 I# H" i: o9 f4 Y. S8 U" b
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
$ o. ^8 F7 {$ F•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
/ d4 |& h; G: W8 D' M•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.) r8 Y- ~. \" E% v; e
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
' K( n5 Z8 ^" e) Z•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker) H1 T' {2 `* M* D& n
•        Excellent organizational skills.
