看了service canada里的申请状态。这算还会收到产假EI吗？不明白我老婆平时周末打工，5月底预产，去年11月中旬就不再上班了。申请了产假EI，给出了以下结果。No Employment Insurance benefits are payable to you from November 25, 2013 to March 09, 2014 # S/ ?. E% b. q- x到今天也没有收到什么其他信息，这算是拒了呢还是要等到产前两个礼拜才会有EI收到呢? ) }$ S5 A$ y" _! N7 [- N- u0 y***************************************************** ' _9 i' ~  G# a- a/ a- INo Employment Insurance benefits are payable to you from November 25, 2013 to March 09, 2014 because you are not considered available for work during this period. 那具体到我这个case是什么情况呢？

你老婆5月底预产期，去年11月24日就申请了EI, 从11月25日到今年3月9日，不够资格拿钱，因为离预产期还远，从3月10日起拿钱，但拿不到一整年，只能拿到今年11月22日。。。。

为什么要提前那么久申请？

3 L! R' N- d; V! B; Z, F+ p% b我也是这部么理解的，不过到现在也没有收到过EI。不知道是不是要到产后了才能拿

因为11月中，我老婆就不去上班了。按规定一停止去上班就要申请的。
而且如果到产前两个礼拜再申请，往前一年的工作时间就不够了。

% Y- y% K7 h# P# T1 ?按日子算，你的第一笔钱应该是从3月10日给到3月21日，推迟一周，应该今天钱到账。。。如果是支票，你还得等。。。。。
