1. Go directly to your neighbour to complain the issue. Hopefully they will restrain themselves after then.. h* C' u+ u$ ^0 a5 ]

2. Call 311 instead and they will direct you a police number to call.; {$ I& E* D4 `+ i; R. s+ I
But usually it won't help, the police will contact you after 2 hours that you called. ...... ! p" f; u3 o o% f T+ D: {9 J, m: l1 \1 d) r$ f3 z. V
3. Start looking for new home...... Sorry to say that. But most times, that's the only option. There's a risk that you will experience same situation.......but hope you will be lucky.6 ]5 R9 h8 C) j
