1 A* o& E# `4 ^1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
( J& N3 a( k* o) |# s: [7 D8 S  b2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
1 Z( O" ~. G  G* o9 I5 L3 k3 c; ?. s3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

% a& o* F" Z' |) |( W$ f5 {# F1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
; a: Q- l( M( n0 g9 k' J1 @still support the further price increases.
$ `' }$ ~9 y+ u" V$ Y/ Z2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
$ ]( K9 K4 N* `4 }" L4 sthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
  p1 g3 A7 `# G& w- p* |! E- x. a3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
