The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
5 E* s3 M6 m4 k5 G1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
) N! ?) f/ R- P2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
+ F% B; l: l3 C; Z- @3. Blue color: price change each month.

1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
still support the further price increases.
( V: _' n/ |- Y4 z/ O2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
- `* f) K4 X& z* x% Vthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
* A* F5 D( t/ C" W3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
