•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
' S1 ]7 X$ a* c7 P2 ?4 D' e•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
, l' o& a9 O2 p# d•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

8 \* L6 a8 g- p5 SJob Requirements
& Q" @, e  f" C+ i. W' l( b•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
& m4 \, n* A3 Z3 o•        Excellent communication skills in English
& T7 L) C6 S# s  ]& y& ?•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
