Position Overview
9 k6 x+ _: |. }5 I. T. U/ s& m  [•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
3 _* \) h  u. d1 T+ q•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
, @& _# U- t7 ^- g•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

1 s! `; r, w8 X; uJob Requirements
7 s2 N/ j5 }. M/ H% U•        Retail customer service experience.
- H8 B0 l: u$ }•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
6 l* V: ^# D: n% j! A8 ~9 N( L•        Excellent communication skills in English
+ i, l0 L) O+ x•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
