Position Overview
6 O6 o+ h9 p: ~3 n• Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs. $ P( [" V: }3 V: p g+ `" k4 L( V: q
• Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing. 1 `7 Y( S! f0 F, [( f
• Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas. ; ~; k" e/ [# C! @9 U. K
• Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
+ x6 a! a8 P7 g- J. F, u( O" q3 Y• Retail customer service experience.
. d: y5 z& F5 [6 f( U* ?• Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.

• Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
