1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
) {6 ]4 c7 b- ]+ v0 x: D2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
& @- J# C9 O0 T6 U8 V" l3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

  p" H2 F" s% w5 X2 e' L1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
4 r( i2 H/ j( j/ w; V8 w2) Get the insurance in Alberta.

4) Obtain the plate.
