• Support capital projects and network build activity with coordination, installation, and commissioning duties • Respond to corrective network problems, performing effective/efficient problem analysis, rapid troubleshooting diagnosis and prompt repair of equipment to ensure service restoral objectives are met.( A3 B6 X% q1 ~1 t/ ^, A; L

• Coordinate with other Technicians and departments as required to obtain maintain service levels.+ f5 [+ L, y8 o! p; C# d r

- W$ H( e' }6 \• Perform acceptance tests on newly installed sites and equipment to ensure results meet design specifications.2 ]6 q) @& _$ }

• Microwave and Transmission experience (e.g. DS1, DS2 ,DS3, OC3, OC12, IP) • Gain in depth knowledge of key quality service indicators in geographic area of responsibility.

• Optical Fiber, SONET and knowledge of TCP/IP • Participate in retune activities associated with network optimization and build activities.

• Test hand-offs, RSSI, transmit level on mobiles, dropped calls and investigate any changes.
