(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

information that will make your transition to the University community

If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit 3 G/ j% b/ Q6 L2 q8 U% K6 }" Y" Y

/ C, p" ?/ ]% t! eto find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds 9 d b# g& b! j+ e/ f2 O" n
of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically

of directional information.

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening 2 f+ \. f6 }4 D
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
/ t8 F/ {7 A$ ], _" Ya variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
. t4 {; V: d; R- y3 [: [evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in ! S/ R' ~; Q3 N! R

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on ) u& }, ~) `( E- ]! h
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, # n' C/ L, J: Q* r9 O1 X4 o
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

" E, a& J+ Y9 e. kBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you + x9 ^* u; F1 B0 @6 T% t. z
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
7 X2 I! L: t4 Y% Ayour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
( A8 O, s) L6 i* h' |& G, T2 U; rONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process # p* D$ R; \" f$ t/ b% b* u
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
. F! G- Q! ^/ S. q7 s: Wof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus # Q w) S, A; O& N! P8 D0 I
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic & V/ ~, S# {# B8 H& t, z
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
3 G7 ]$ S! T. p$ w$ Zbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the ! c: u. p) t K& X
