(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

Orientation 2006 will be held on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday,

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth * r ]3 O: A W, r1 ^' A& P
of directional information.

3 w, o: K/ Q- s2 l& X( vBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening 8 n: P2 L ?; k9 c2 ]3 V" J2 O
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
# j7 m5 i+ A9 E4 N. qa variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
( O4 }' H7 g+ [" m( ievening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in 5 |, Z6 }$ M0 ]

9 z2 G- Z- W( h1 J9 k# dYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
- m% p/ N6 f5 p' z' G, i6 d' z ESeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, ) \8 D' s$ B% j9 Z8 I" M# b
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
8 V R8 u, Z) S& z3 N* L0 Hto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from 6 E- d6 Q" J1 C8 w, y6 v' n! V
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your $ e/ ~( Q2 {9 u+ T, {
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process 7 a. I6 N$ f* \' `5 ^* R
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece 1 N& {( \' x4 w7 N8 l: [
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus : r( J. m' b! f
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic - z! h# O2 A; ?" J! k# Y& j
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and 6 `$ X/ R8 ~2 `% v Z0 x8 [
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the 6 X4 k+ T8 O5 T2 C
two days of Orientation).
