information that will make your transition to the University community

to find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds

% v$ U- k3 o3 gBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
- r5 g+ w0 H9 r, Z* Nactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend " P$ z$ O% d) |0 O6 v/ ] j
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday 5 o3 v0 e9 @0 ?; T
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on ) F, c4 Y) l2 P) G0 D
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
& t1 [4 j3 l$ M1 i9 N6 _4 Ito get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
?( a8 x" @8 E' j: b$ [ qyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
( S$ Y, L/ {) [- b @ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
# D0 @" ~) I0 I* l0 s8 {# _! p/ lyour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece 0 z% y6 L: O$ h2 [" w0 y* B3 w
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus * g6 X5 P( i' K7 Q& D
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic ! c3 w2 e. d4 i
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and , O) d! y- G1 d
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
