晚上还有party

University of Alberta!  We are excited that you will be attending
6 i  q8 G4 w* {$ K  m) VOrientation 2006: The Action Starts Here!  Your registration in the University of
Alberta's Orientation program is now confirmed.  In addition, we would
like to thank you for your interest in the My Undergraduate Groups
& g+ ?, w+ M" W! b4 A: s  g(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year.  By
attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of
information that will make your transition to the University community

+ }; \0 r6 q+ e; ROrientation 2006 will be held on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday,
September 4th, 2006.  Check in is at 9:30am on September 4th.   Your check
in location is T B 105 in the Henry Marshall Tory Building, which can
be found south of Saskatchewan Drive, west of HUB.

Orientation 2006 will be held on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday,
6 x: K- C+ Z8 `September 4th, 2006.  Check in is at 9:30am on September 4th.  Your check
in location is T B 105 in the Henry Marshall Tory Building, which can
2 G9 x4 q* @/ l8 L3 L( E0 qbe found south of Saskatchewan Drive, west of HUB.
+ N, Q5 x- [% j  U/ [. y/ k
/ |2 L# c1 Q5 k, c5 e5 wIf you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit
www.campusmap.ualberta.ca to find your check in location.  However, don't worry about having
to find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds
of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus.  Specifically
/ h! x% t6 _/ f0 z4 _  C7 P' `look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth
of directional information.

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
activities planned for both days.  Throughout the 2 days you will attend
& o* c% ?' ^; oa variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
: s: b2 \7 v8 |) A% Wevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
Hawrelak Park.

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.
& q% [# p) X& Q/ v* ~$ C
Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
" A7 G, \3 c* v4 Y0 fto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
7 y4 R4 u" v' {1 x( ]# Qyour faculty.  Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
2 P% {" Z. H# F4 L3 TONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006.  To be able to process
' s+ L9 y3 C* J9 F! g3 \your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
; f: i% Q; K0 F  r  }) [of government-issued photo ID.  You will also need to bring your Campus
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
5 p* ^' P, g# \6 @, a8 y* F: QInformation and Communications Technologies).  Dress for the weather and
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
two days of Orientation).
