(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By 0 T8 l0 n) c8 \4 |4 c. y n( W
attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of

5 {8 i- \2 C. Z+ x; ]look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth
& \ [! _3 G& |+ W4 O+ ?+ N) h1 Tof directional information.( E. x: `$ a' o+ S+ y9 x
6 w; f3 j- P5 y& Y( u( IBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening . j1 l' I6 c) ^( r3 ?8 S
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 7 T. Q! x) D3 S; C! c9 @
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday 8 r/ ]& [2 H5 u& ~' R" v* e
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in

1 P) R# i1 ]5 S5 }5 BYou will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
# r: v4 b4 m/ | TSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
5 B7 W- o2 E. [: J9 Y: z" g$ Oto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
* L* q# \$ r5 I# J, wyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your 5 ?$ u- B( i$ M+ o; b9 J5 ~
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process 1 M5 i1 l% q" P6 T
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
- Q4 _% z+ H, Jof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus , r8 F1 S. ?. v; U
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic i/ l4 x5 o3 I9 i& U
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and . {0 W- d1 g' V# Y$ V8 G
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
2 ~. i6 b' ]( x+ Htwo days of Orientation).
