( u) f2 ~* q+ C: O(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By
! C4 t. M9 L0 [) T( l! ]attending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of
& b# f: I$ Z5 p/ c) Z4 ?8 iinformation that will make your transition to the University community

If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
2 t! u) c1 E3 e* N) Oactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
b( \9 B/ a/ Ma variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
4 P, q7 R% ^- K3 V/ f; `. _evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
+ _; O2 W4 ]) I' }5 [/ {Hawrelak Park.

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
3 I, h6 U! V/ nSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, , Z- f6 F4 }9 _ X& m
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.; s' |$ [+ w9 }9 [* @3 F6 D

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you ) M; q; _; U& E6 O" t# c4 r
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
& {! F8 z# k1 O, ^9 byour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your * ?. F3 U# d5 H: V! l! [/ C
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process 6 @8 j/ f& W8 T0 x
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece # }4 o2 F3 i# @) O$ ^
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
0 r3 ^- M5 u4 p h" u& _' i7 x4 r# YComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic * F9 @ _1 `3 C7 c; I' {0 j% g
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and ! o2 X: H( k& ^ A# i
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
