information that will make your transition to the University community 6 \$ }' c1 Z1 h0 }
more successful.

If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit

of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically 3 \" e8 r' F! R. [: n$ W
look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth
" ?1 }- w8 s+ _0 ^7 n( Kof directional information. Z0 M9 y2 @. {: v h0 d6 `2 F% ?
R2 U: K/ r: N% L1 L0 Z% sBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
7 {" P# _8 ?+ K( tactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend 0 a( |- b' h0 x# b
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday

September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
# m0 S& Q& f5 r( Vto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
% b) ~* v2 B* q/ Uyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your 6 ^6 `" G0 ~: r( V
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process 6 N# e% s `# m& f# K
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
- p3 k# ]" J1 D7 J# d o+ h& m: Mof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus 1 w2 P: i% Z$ k4 U/ ?9 U
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic 3 `6 _0 n6 B* I/ M$ c) u h7 G
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and ) F' q: Y. c( w
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the 0 X1 u+ t$ W, L8 L6 V
