Orientation 2006 will be held on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday, ) \: W+ a5 G3 @1 w6 f/ w

in location is T B 105 in the Henry Marshall Tory Building, which can

to find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds

of directional information.

, q B6 w. `: [/ s$ u7 TBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
, r( b/ _& J. o9 Zactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend + E9 H6 d! j: s
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
; A t7 W" B( @/ n6 r1 K2 a# @& f* uevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
6 c" p; Y8 a q" E3 t7 M+ X$ VSeptember 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
. d6 J* F, Z$ |% l& Sand then continue to meet with for the entire year.$ X" d3 H* ?* r+ S; o

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you ( V. T( h4 } W
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from ' }4 ~- a& w1 Q9 k' \8 u
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your ! Q9 t2 l- t' R# I0 `
ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
# o: `. _+ f3 r: x! E5 }your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
3 o _( f2 G2 h2 U% Lof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus
' s, s& h+ K* |, i1 d6 v; F6 cComputing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic 8 H E, Z' N5 x1 u7 u: n7 [
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
# L3 j3 W2 q1 n9 H7 wbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
. D( ^, l, k2 M& Z( _+ K9 `/ wtwo days of Orientation).
