If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit ) c, q1 i0 g9 i

of volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically . l; i5 Z# v: n5 w/ H; {: Q; O
look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth ) f, @% W- o3 p* H% O1 E
of directional information.- e- @+ l8 s" D- V. d9 e( i

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening 4 ?6 @9 t! A5 ^4 U. V
activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
) c `& O7 z6 i9 R; Za variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
& d8 F: [% I" Q) c% pevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
9 F5 _. A+ b" r1 m# N: j6 g6 GHawrelak Park.( L& S9 G5 R$ K7 C4 J. }- I0 q

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on + c: E. E" c4 r* I5 @' E' G& d
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006, " H/ X4 D( {0 r2 P
and then continue to meet with for the entire year.1 b% k% _- Q5 i" M1 t+ U- r

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
9 D' d! \, a% I8 [/ F) F' v2 F$ Rto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
0 y* T" k# y9 Q2 R/ O5 ~. ?$ A; kyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
3 \! J+ ?' w/ X* n6 o% ^- TONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
2 |6 e- Z- D# S: zyour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
- x K, C6 Z) F3 R/ B3 ]+ L1 r# Tof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus + G8 I O' K" I+ V6 C
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic # W; U2 x8 t" }# F7 I$ g: ]& Y
Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and
1 ^( w1 H9 ^8 ]- T# pbring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the - N8 l0 m# J* I
