Big noise when turn right or left

my used car. The sound seems very big when make a turn. It seems no engin oil. But I check the oil. It's still between E and F.  This problems come from transmision oil?

根本就不是engine oil的问题，是power steering fluid 漏了

% U6 v' Z6 A+ ?# i/ }& h4 mEither the  power steering fluid is low, a bad steering pump, or the bearing is shot.
4 E3 J% O1 [* CIf it is a clicking noise only, then it is the CV joint.
