请问教授One at windermere estate lots walk out to the pond 什么时候出来？地多大？价位大约多少？Stage 5 38" walk out to the pond lot 还有剩吗？

同一个湖的北侧 Windermere Grande 有个房子现在是 Fillmore在造，看起来很牛B。

Stage 5 没有30 的，2有30的，价位大概要55万起价,升级一些就要60万把，除非你30的地建28＂的房子会便宜一些
