怎样可以使番茄慢一点红？就是怎么保鲜？

除了放冰箱，还有什么办法可以让番茄不红吗？吃不过来了。

如果送给邻居朋友，还吃不完
如果烂掉了，别丢了，跟豆渣，豆壳，鱼啥的，一起埋土里，沤肥。它烂的快，可以帮助发酵，连同其他发酵慢的，一起发酵了。
别浪费了，沤成上好的土，明年可以继续种西红柿，继续大丰收

this is what my co-worker does with big batches of tomato, she is a Canadian who is very good at cooking stuff: peeled them and put them in jars
