- c+ p& D6 F) z+ z% I9 v' sTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
& o* ]% K4 }( R5 Q/ N    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
( i( i5 @7 h' [# U    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
% t$ b; Z; u, o9 _- r    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
9 F! B/ `; {- t' t, x    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives

! L. [$ P- V$ c, q! _) t  n# yThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
; a" o4 w* o4 y, X9 ^
    High School and or Post Secondary Education
. a+ `6 i0 `: u5 E9 a    Previous customer service experience
4 S& Y* H9 m$ l0 _9 s9 h    Previous sales experience an asset
0 m. K9 d+ b& C* @4 T/ t    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
0 G6 [' V% N* i+ d, z) Q" M. x3 b2 b    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
7 X1 q5 y3 o7 ~8 W& R2 v    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 m* c! y3 [+ T2 n$ n9 R    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
