Working closely with marketing, sales and programmers to facilitate customer system integration.
$ B) \5 X/ M- Y9 ]+ zWorking in close contact with customers and establishing relationships, providing personalized support and problem solving.
, Q8 z9 |+ |6 q+ i$ j1 n- wTechnical support and troubleshooting of client software implementations and customer issues or problems.
' @3 p0 [: q+ c' H- k5 F/ @9 KCreate and maintain tools and training documents to support client system start up as well as follow up trouble shooting.

-         Advanced computer and technical knowledge

% @/ p8 y6 _9 Y9 \0 {-         Ability to solve complex problems in an efficient way

-         Ability to communicate in an effective and constructive manner with customers or potential customers
& c2 h  t  g, d- [- k: o
8 M% f9 F% d; P5 W9 [, x* `-         Previous software support experience is an asset
! \9 p5 e$ L, u/ L- U. p
-         Post-secondary education is an asset

6 _0 e. {4 l" x0 F-         Intermediate knowledge of database and web-based software is recommended

- g4 O9 o) r# P) e  r/ N-         Some programming knowledge (.NET, C#, Javascript, etc.) is recommended
