% ]* E! Z1 e# J. E+ L• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
* T, e6 Y9 J$ z1 N
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.: \% q; [6 J1 Q

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

* [' q( l# c; g: l+ N$ w• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
 g2 k- k% u+ Y# g# |& T
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

( g5 ?% q6 f& [: I) ]• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

7 s+ B4 t$ b. y5 l% Z& n• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

$ B% v+ [. |& U! A4 t4 O: q! r) Q/ X& o• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.& G g( A! f# M1 a' F# `

• Travel within the assigned region.

% O& p t! K/ H; d; Y7 r) X4 {• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
