Key Responsibilities:
0 G% \2 \: o# f: G1 E6 [
• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

4 T5 q; b) |6 M$ I' h* ~/ a• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.4 F* t& Y& j, J7 E% Z2 j

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.6 m R3 {/ {4 z

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

$ E! k& C# U/ R• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

2 M% f8 Y3 H( Y( k j" j• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 
+ ], z! d3 ~/ T$ J
• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
' Y$ O0 G7 `& b6 y
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

# x6 I, X3 d0 n5 Z• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

6 \2 x" C4 a# A; D4 {• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.4 b( E, h3 R8 k" M0 F) s

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
