4 z, O2 B$ N0 n) B4 S1 k) k$ | PKey Responsibilities:

* U9 K8 V+ w$ \4 Q• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

0 k* y$ n3 }0 E$ ^/ K* P• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
; Y$ \8 ?. J5 \. d4 A H I4 J
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
$ }) a: I9 o1 K6 r( {0 r" D
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.$ l! f& W0 l3 k% }; A3 V* [8 N8 Y

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours. 

) s0 t6 `4 [5 x4 d4 i. n• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.6 D6 @0 q9 a" g6 ?8 O/ C
 
; G+ v3 k7 f6 @6 y& uJob Qualifications
5 }2 Y% ]3 r3 C. {• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

6 i% k- \) A' y- o• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
1 v& y5 Z6 G7 p' C3 [+ y
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
( O- }3 ~! q( j. A! z' i l) R
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
) D' j, D8 O9 s9 Z' i( }$ w: m
• Travel within the assigned region.
