. ~0 u7 O( J8 @7 vKey Responsibilities:

- o$ B/ [" b3 y( ]; h7 H• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

' n9 f1 t! U) x; X9 R. `# P! ?7 C• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
' Z" ~6 G! w" u$ d# U, z
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.5 v0 F2 v# `0 A" `6 |, a

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications6 w7 k2 f; K" Z& p
• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

# E" F5 l* v/ P5 h. Y• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

, y! }1 {! Z7 A0 p• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Travel within the assigned region.
