Key Responsibilities:

2 u) r) A- B; u' F/ f8 f3 i9 F: G• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

& V, a/ C! x9 I4 e# \# E• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

% o3 u" A" }; O# p" r' X; f• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.. s8 E" W6 H" X

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.3 B% K0 m% L% E! D$ P

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.

Job Qualifications
4 d; _6 X( T. x- I% ]& s. |• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

1 g6 g0 o D0 @2 |2 J. \6 J• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.
3 ?( Q* R7 N# F* k1 }. `
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

; |9 I( m" C8 o- f8 N \9 r3 Q• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.
. t( A3 r9 v( U+ p
• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
+ ~4 p" d$ H) O: c& N/ H
• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
